This is an original production cel and production background set-up from the Marvel Studios animated series, X-Men. The untrimmed pan cels feature a close up image of Rogue and Wolverine that was hand-painted in the studio and used during production of the episode Longshot. This episode went through extensive re-animation before being released, and this scene was aired with new animation that included Wolverine in his X-Men uniform. The stunning oversized cel is paired with a hand-painted production background of the War Room from the Xavier Mansion that used in the episode The Cure. The overall set-up measures 11.5" x 29.5" and the main image area of the set-up measures about 9.5" x 22". The piece is in very good condition overall.
