Featuring a displeased unionized Stimpy, the hand-painted cel and background were created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel layer comes from an episode titled "Stupid Sidekick Union," which aired on March 18, 1995, while the background layer comes from an episode titled "School Mates," which aired on November 11, 1995. Measuring 10.5"x13" overall, the setup is in very good condition with minimal line and edge wear.
